I'm fixing to buy a set of 16" Fox 2.0 emulsion coilovers. My question is what's the benefit of the remote reservoir vs non? Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Packaging much easier without also, never seen a hot shock with what we do. Racing or desert, well or course.

remote reservoir allows for a more consistent performing shock.

emulsion turn into the head of a beer almost instantaneously.

Re:

Yes remote reservoir are better, but

If you aren't racing, I doubt you will exceed the performance capacity of an emulsion.

One thing not mentioned yet is that emulsions are quicker to rebuild and tune than a reservoir shock.

You will get more bang for your buck out of either by having them tuned just for you and your rig.
