By now, you've seen my birthday present. Brush Guard with a winch. Well, it's kinda heavy and I was hoping to find a lift, or leveling kit for it. I have found one at Eastside Custom Truck, but their hours really suck.

The question has come up, in doing this, will the front axles be out of line?

Will just installing better struts help? If so, what type should I be looking for?

I have heard that there is a Torsion bar lift type thing. What does this do and will it help?

No, swapping the winch out for something lighter is not an option.

Crank the torsion bars. Should get you an inch or so.

Cranking the torsion bars was my first thought also, but I did some research and the Dakota has coils in front.
