This will be hands down the easiest, most cost effective way to build a full 40 spline rear axle.

MW is telling me they are dedicated to growing this offroad market. Just recently they carved out an off-road section of the website to keep things from getting buried in their plethora of street parts.

100% the way to go. The seal in the unit bearing cup is AWESOME!

I have a 496 BBC with about 1800000000hp...will these handle it ?

In all seriousness, I have never broke a rear...the ones I have seen were from shock load when landing on the rear and facing the sky and on the gas.

That's great. I was looking at the s&s fab. But wasn't real pleased with having to do inner seals on the rear

This is very cool...

I've thought a kit like this would be awesome, if the cups were instead adapters that allowed a SD bearing bolt to the 9" cup. IDK if there would be enough material?

Wonder if they can cut a respline a 40spl semifloat shaft? Probly just makes sense to get a new one.

That's awesome to see. I've already picked up a set of the S&S cups but I'm going to put them on a 9" housing so the seal isn't as big of a deal for me as it will have inner seals. But if these were out before I probably would've went this way. If I ever get going on this housing I'll probably look into the shaft and "donut" combo. Someone should tell them we call those drive flanges though. Haha.

Would be the way to go for sure for a 40 spline 14 bolt, etc. Nice to see some new stuff coming to market that's somewhat affordable for the common wheeler.

Edit, nm, I see it's F350 now.

It's good to see him catering more to the dark side, sweet products for sure.

I'll be ready for some never lifts somewhat soon, my 1000hp has me worried about my little 14bolt toothpicks...
