Ok, well I got a JD2 Model 32...this thing is very nice!
I got it with the 10ton cylinder and Air/Hydro setup..
Wanna make a pretty simple mount, but add a unique look to it...here ya go!
Here's what she'll look like...total height came to 43in to center of tube...
First thing I did was make the bender look a little better with some simple flapdiskin...
Made some spacers so the die would sit in the center of the arms...
Didnt wanna buy any material for this thing so I just used scraps...
Started with the center support...wanted to give it a unique look...
Welded/cleaned up
Cut the legs...then capped them
Tacked legs and caster plates...store only had 3 casters in stock, so its got 2 casters and two straighs on it for now...but will soon be changed!
Tacked upright...
Tacked mounting plate...its long for a reason...
Welded it up...
Bolted up bender...
Folds up nicely!!
Put on degree wheel and added a few die studs...
Made frame for pump...
Finally got to bend!
As it sits...
I still have a few things to do to it...gotta figure out how I wanna paint it or not paint it...Gonna add a few more studs to hold various things...Gotta make a bottom for the pump frame...few odds and ends...but I'll add pics as I knock them off the list.
