yep, happend to me friday.
word spread like wild fire, phone rang off the hook, and had a new gig by 8am sat morning. tough'st part was getting my tool box moved the new shop.

I had a similar situation earlier this year. Got let go on a Wednesday and started a new job on the following Monday. I don't miss my old job at all.

I was laid off once in 86'. Since then I have only had 10 weeks off due to a broken bone--I keep trying to get laid off....
