Help plan a week wheeling in AL/TN

Looks like most of these parks are only open on weekends. Which sux cause we'll be wheeling all week.
Is Stony Lonesome closed on Tuesday & Wednesday? Was thinking of heading there Sunday night.
How about Morris Mnt? And AOP?

I believe so. I know there is an honesty box at Morris Mountain and Chocco. I am just not sure on the gates being open.
