I am talking about gussests on my cage that are pieces of bent tube. I have seen some trick stuff in pics where builders use another peice of tube to gusset a 90degree junction. the gusset tube has a real long cope to it and my notcher cant do that. ANy ideas?

Notch it from both sides? (See "FiFo's Short bus build" in the garage section)

Or get a tool called a pipe master. I think it's called that. Yup, here. http://www.pipemastertools.com/

Use that to make your initial fit, plasma cut out what you dont want and then grind to fit.

had them in my weld shop last year, need to get some for home though

use a cut off wheel, and if its a small piece grab it with visegrips or a vice... dont cut your fingers off.
