In nutral but still spins

Alright so i bolted up my tranny and tcase to the 20r awhile back. anyways hooked up my dshafts and when i put the tranny in nutral the drive shafts still want to spin, but whne i push in the clutch it stops, and when i put the tcase in nutral it stops, whats up with this...

Figured it was some friction thing, seemed like a lot of torque to be just from the gear oil though.
