Got Jason to build me a buggy. It's going to be awesome. kindof like a bomber trail bouncer. Room for activities and a rear winch.

Took most of the main parts out of my jeep.
Got this pedal

Going with tj booster and dodge 2500 master. It worked so perfect in my jeep hopefully I'll have the same brakes.

Looks good so far. Is the motor sitting on the tube in that one picture? is it because it doesn't look to have motor mounts yet?

I love the 6.0. Can't wait to have it tuned with the cam. I'm curious to see how it does with the new converter, went with 3k from ptc which is what they recommends for this cam.

Yeah the motor has to come up a smidge.

i want to get a left and a right so I can have one on each pedal.

Jason does awesome work for sure. Can't wait to get it on the trails.

Radiator/fans and trans cooler. Using a 31 row 6.0 cooler.

May be a silly question, but why is the dash bar up high instead of hitting the A-pillar/shock hoop/side bar node?

The first chassis I built had a bar across in that spot and it was all in the way of the brake master cylinders, pedals and steering column (I prefer the orbitals be mounted on the firewall vs between the legs).

Cool, after looking at it more i was thinking it would lead to building a more spacious interior vs hanging everything from random bent tubes like a lot of the spaghetti bouncers

and I think its a little deceiving looking too - the dash bar and the rear of the shoulder bar are pretty close to the same height. His shoulder bar just goes downward towards the front which makes it look more drastic than it is. The other one he did like this I thought initially the same thing and then once all the parts were on it and it was out of the shop it was clear that it was just kinda an illusion at first

Is that "a" pillar bar all one piece going to the very back? If it is, that's got to be a tough one to get bent right!

yup, and its .188 wall. Its pretty damn tough to get both to match but bendtech helps a ton on the bending/rotating between bends. Hardest part is making the notch at the back, holding up/marking it and then figuring out how to support a 10' long tube while notching. Luckily I had some help here when I did those tubes on this chassis.

It's all awesome.
Rear winch area. Anyone have a 9.0rc they want to trade for an hs9500?

Beautiful hound! I have a 5 yr old female, prettiest dogs on the planet if you ask me.

Buggy is turning out awesome too. Bunch of little things in there that you don't see in many buggies these days. Triangulation, trail rideability, actual forethought... Bravo sir. :dblthumb:
