Looks like someone bought it, took what they wanted, and left it for the scavangers. And the people with guns, too...

I recall seeing it somewhere else as well.

The fawkers.... :looser:

If it was just sold it should be pretty easy to track down who owns it. Hope the last guy sent his sales receipt into the state.

Rumor has it , it was stolen.:eeek: Zukkev and a few other Club members are up there right now draggin it out.

Update.... it's out waiting to be hauled away in the morning.

Stolen after it didn't sell? Thats always a good one...

But I do know of a couple who had there stuff stolen while it was forsale. A couple people come look at it pretending to be interested in buying it, check out all the details even test drive it. Come back the a couple days later and take it.

Got it off the trail....yeah, the whole thing seems fishy...ign lock isn't punched, nor the ign switch hotwired...stereo missing, but not cut out and the dash area is intact (usually the dash gets destroyed)...Friggin' asshats destroy **** and leave it for others to handle their mess!:looser:
I've got pics, but am too tired to download tonight....There are also vids of the dragging out (pretty funny!)

Good job kev :awesomework:

And for those who "see" stuff like this. Please don't just "drive by" get the info and call it in..

last one i found dumped at walker,i looked inside and found mail under the seat, and a tab renewal form... these guys that dump this kinda stuff dont realy think to far ahead. other then they think they wont get caught. usualy there is something left behind idiots we should show up at this guys house with the rig and drop it in his front lawn..bet the neighbors would love it..then explain how he should keep his garbage on his own property..

My mother in law had some kids come out to look at her RX7. She told them they couldn't test drive it without her, so they asked if they could hear it run. While it was running she stepped into the house because they asked to see the ***le and when she got back out it was gone.

Stolen in Edgewood
They found it in San Diego.

We don't know the whole story yet, only speculation, which I probably shouldn't have done...:booo: But there was NOTHING in the rig, glove box and console was CLEAN... no paper under the seat that we saw...

That's exactly what JoeyF did....too bad the several others that saw it didn't do anything...heard a few tried, but broke/damaged their junk attempting to get this outta there---That's when we got the call from Kim...:awesomework:

Kinda....It was apparently recently sold.

I think most people do something, such as contact someone that can do something.

Granted, there are a few that see it as a thrift store too, but not too many of those type of people reside within this forum. At least, I hope not....

I think the hardest part is not knowing the correct person, unless they ask around. And it's someone different for every trail area.

I thin Joeyf did a great job in contacting the local DNR person and got the recovery phase started.:awesomework:

If it was me, I would not know who to contact. I might stop by Mike's place and if he wasn't home ::SHOCK!:: I'd head over to Jason and Kelley's place. After that, I would be posting here.

This is only because I haven't been up to Reiter very often. I'm guessing there's a number on the sign?
