Johnny joints

Working on a rig for a friend and one of the johnny joints needs rebuilt but it's of a unknown brand. This is a weld in version any way to identify these things?

Possibly a Ballistic joint? They make weld-on johnny joint style.

They look like they take a spanner wrench on one side and the bushing is white uhmwpe. Very old build

Bolt on the Johnny joint is 9/16 if that makes a difference

not too far off track , ive got some that need rebuilt,, how long do they last ? i bought the rig with they on it, they need rebuilt

I hate those things, I would suggest take them off and replace with heim joints.
