More diesel talk;

Is there a competitive benefit to where you buy your DEF ?
In other words, Walmart sells their house brand DEF for $8 for 2.5 gallon jug. Walmart also sells a name brand DEF for $12 for 2.5 gallons. And, Dodge / Ram dealers sell their DEF for $12 for 1 gallon.

Yes, I know that Dodge / Ram dealers make a higher margin. That's a given. But, is the PRODUCT actually any different? Is one better than the other? What about other vendors?

Thanks in advance.

Easier than flushing the cat litter down the toilet?

:haha::haha:

I already gots me two cats. So, I also gots me lots of cat piss.

What I'm looking for, is Diesel Exhaust Fluid.. Which, unfortunately, or so I'm told, smells like cat piss.

(all jokes aside, even if it's a legit offer, you're simply too far away to make it profitable to buy DEF for 50 cents a gallon, if I have to drive three hours to purchase it)

Honestly I can't say I have had any problems with the D E F systems on our 6.7 Fords. One of them has 330000 miles on it now also.

But I wish it wasn't on there either. Just no reason to spend the money to take it all off if they haven't given us any problems.

Its not that strong of an odor--very faint
