Hummm...
On a scale from 1 to "I'm going to snap this is bolt off" how tight do you get the rim bolts?

I've got about 1/8 gap with minimal air leaking.
Pvc inserts are 6.5 wide with 43 swampers

You either snug up each half or you snap the studs. If you leave a gap and go play you will risk snapping the studs. I'd rather snap studs in the drive way instead of on the trail.
