• Help Support Hardline Crawlers :

My first Build up thread!

Lookin good, I would watch out for where the upper control arms attach at the rearend, the stock mounts on the D35 are thin, and mine cracked on both sides running the same setup. :awesomework:

they were already cracked from having the control arm's in the stock location:redneck:

Tell D to call me tomorrow, If you want to get that stuff from my jeep before this weekend I could probably bring that stuff and drop my axles off for him. Let me know.

cool thanx!! hes in the garage right now swapping out the trannys were really hopeing for this weekend!!

yup its an ax15 manual

Did you ever try shifting it on the ground before it was in the jeep? Wondering if its the tranny or the shifter hitting the body or something, my TJ wouldnt go into reverse after a pretty hard flop when it tweaked the body/cage so there isnt that much extra room for the shifter so maybe if you switched shifters with trannys one is slightly bent different for different years maybe, but I think I remember seeing your shifter still in your jeep?

I'm drunk and going to bed, I've been at the casino for all night. If needed I can tow one of the rigs up this weekend just let me know, anyways see ya later.

We left the shifter in the Jeep, but we have to change shifters now cuz were putting the new lower mileage tranny in and i guess it has a different shifter, Im not sure what D has tried on it yet....

**** that ax15, I just got done swapping it out for a 3500, 1 hour 30 minutes and I'm washed up in lounging clothes, not bad for no air and limited hand tools.
