need help on shocks

im starting me a new build and i have never used any of the coil over shocks or the air shocks and i was needing some help on maybe which kind i should use air or coil overs and what size i should use .......... thanks

you might wanna give a little more info on your build ( buggy , jeep , and 4cyl, 6cyl, or 8cyl) . what kind of wheeling you do would help too!!

im building more like a comp buggie style with a 8 cyl 60 rear 44 front . .not really the beat down type of wheeling .. just wanting something thats going to work well and give a good ride

Budget is your real question. If you can afford to do coil overs do it or another C/O alternative. If you can only afford air shocks, do that and deal with how awesome they aren't NO really they don't give the best ride and make a sway bar recommended if you're top heavy at all.
