I bought another jeep in Dallas and need to get it home. Since my days of big jeeps and giant trailers are over and I don't want to pay shipping I'm looking for a tow dolly or other option.

Any help?

Thanks guys.

Dallas what?

Uhaul rents dollies and trailers pretty cheap if you pick up and return at the same place

I was going to say, drive to Dallas and rent a dolly there and return it at the storage place on 280, they are a Uhaul rep. thumb.gif

I wouldn't want to haul a tow dolly empty any farther than I'd have to. They bounce around and shake a lot unloaded and I've seen them come off vehicles going down the highway. Scary ****.

Yes you can flat tow it home but what are the odds that it makes a 500 Mile trip without issues last time I rented a car trailer from a local placed it was only 75 buck for the weekend surely uhaul won't be that bad

fly there drive it home! sounds like fun!

greyhound bus there. or hitch hike.

Even cheaper!

Actually, with social media these days, I'd bet finding a ride to Dallas from someone passing through would be pretty easy.
