Hardline Crawlers - Rock Bouncer Builds, Tech & Off-Road Trail Talk

Help Support Hardline Crawlers:

Ugg. The worst thing for me was that I started eying everyone in the area wondering if they were shady or not. :eeek:

I have noticed I have been doing the same thing--I just don't know if its out of fear or wondering...

X2 on that sizing them up...also watching to see who makes an extra trip down our road..especially since I'm the last house on a dead end...

So if you guys can keep your eyes peeled for these... I have been combing CL and these wheels are not only unique but one has a repair to it.

I would try an keep everything on the low. There could be a possiblity that there on the form.

If they're on the Forum, and they see that the internet has blown up because of the search---Might Make it that much harder to part with quickly...:awesomework:

Having stuff stolen is one thing, having people in your home is a whole 'nother level of ****ty. Hope you find out who done it, and they get what's coming to them...and I don't mean from the law.

I have no idea kevin, I can't bloody remember. They were a set we bought off trevor to use on the 4 runner after the sas but have been sitting in a pile...

Sucks Mike.

What area of Oly are you in monstaru?
I live out off of Cooper point, near the golf course. In the county.
We also happened to have mail stolen out of our box and returned to us by someone down off of French rd., It just so happened to be the day before my birthday. Luckily, my family hates me and only sent cards. lol(kidding about the hate)
cheers

So folks check your home owners policy's. I guess ours states no coverage for automotive stuff...

Also try to document what you have and my parents used to video there house yearly to show proof of ownership.

Good call on documentation.

The bummer for me is that my home owners deductible is $1000 which is about the amount I lost so nothing really covered.

Did you get everything out of there yet or do you need a hand? We can load up my van as long as it's not raining. It's an old Hobart service van with rubber mats screwed to the floor. They are mangled up enough that I throw whatever back there and don't think about it until I get grease on the counter where I set my groceries. :haha:

I completely understand that violated feeling as well as being extra vigilant regarding the neighbors. It's a normal and not always inaccurate reaction.

That's how I got this property sitting gig on this farm. The owner figures I save him about 10k a year by not having things stolen or having to pay someone to watch the place. Free evil ***** in trade for babysitting 40 acres and I get to farm it if I ever get a tractor! If I do I'll be cutting some riding trails. Your wife can bring her horse over. I hear the view from the top corner of the property is stellar.
