Looking back on how we met Shane, me with a somewhat desperate plea for help on another site and you coming across it not knowing me from Adam... you made the effort to contact me thru someone else and offer your help, I accepted and the rest is history. Thats the kind of person you are and I consider you one of my BEST friends. I know its hard for you to accept help but also believe in karma and you and Kristina are most deserving of the best kind. You know I will do whatever I can for you guys but the responses here... well, I get the tears down your cheels bro.
I was also absolutely amazed, yet not surprised at your attitudes last night. Thats a helluva strentgh and what will pull you all through this in the best way. The smell of soot will be replaced buy that "new smell" and thank goodness, thank thank goodness everyone is ok.
 
Dude that totally sucks. I will definetly spread the word to help out, i posted up a link on NAXJA in the NW chapter to get the word out to help you and your family out. To look on the bright side you still have your family and sounds like no one got hurt!
 
Shane, we are sorry for the loss, especially this close to Christmas, let us know what you need.

yeah Brian your probably right..I'm the type of person to take care of myself and my family... or others in need. Im not mad that you did this...just overwhelmed..sorry I didn't talk much on the phone, but I couldn't compose myself at the time. Its great to be a part of this wheeling family.

Everything is still unclear...we hope to know more tommorow..

As far as the kids go..cause i know everyone wants to know...
the girls are 14, 14, 13, 12 and the boy is 5. kristinas girls live with us full time.my girls live with my ex,her son lives wth her ex.her girls room is where the fire started,they lost everything,i had laundry in the wash,as did kristina,we both have enough to get by.between her family and mine we got the girls covered for school and basic needs. hoping for a check in the next couple days from the insurance company. once again i cant express my gratitude enough to everyone....i know everything is gonna work out in the end.i feel very lucky...i still have my family and thats all that truly matters...

So I'm guessing the two girls who live at home full time are the two that lost the most?
 
Not sure if ya need it Shane but my son Brady is 6 and has some school stuff
for your boy if ya need it.. Cars stuff
Cloths, shoes, jackets, everything

glad to see that everyone got out okay, and that there is insurance involved, and I will also be pruchasing my new sets of stickers as well, crash we need to get together and make out an order
 
I remember being a kid and standing out in the street in the middle of the night with just my underware on, wrapped up in a blanket watching my house burn to the ground. We lost everything(no insurance-long story).

Alot of the community helped us out and this would be a great opportunity to pay it forward... I'm in:awesomework:

So everyone tomorrow morning I am going to BANK OF AMERICA to open a donation fund and it should be ***led THE SHANE CLARK FUND and you can go to any B of A and make a donation to this fund. I think all that we can do will help. I know he is proud and it is the holidays so even if the insurance comes through quickly, the family can still use help with christmas and replacing countless little things. The less this family has to worry about the better.

Is there a paypal setup to make donations? Would be about the only way I could help.

I'm more curious as to what Mrs. Crash already mentioned. I'd like to know what he needs. If things go just fine with insurance and the kids have school supplies.. what is the family in NEED of that we could help with.

Im guessing money would be the best thing so they can go get what ever it is they need.

Money is all I can donate. I know things are tough for them and I don't expect them to post a list of needs. With extra cash they can get what they need at that time.
 
well it sounded like he wasn't strapped for cash. But if money cures all, then that's what i'll send.
 
Gotta look at it this way..... insurance is going to give him what his house is worth.... just the house not the property. Thats enought to maybe rebuild. In the mean time he is going to have to maybe rent a house or appartment until things get dealt with. Plus having to get furniture....clothes.....or what ever else they need to live. Money is the best thing to give....it is then there choice to get what they need.:awesomework:

I was up at the house today and they lost everything. If there is not a Bank of America in your neighborhood you can mail your donations to the Wheelers Of Washington P.O. box and I will get it to them.

We love you Shane and Kristina and anything you need let us know.
