Need a decent system to run it and handle the graphics to do the game justice.
I play the original Spintires with mods to make it a trail riding/crawling game. Custom maps and trucks.
As you probably know, the actual game is all about logging & navigating terrains with soviet-era heavy equpment.
With some mods it's pretty realistic.

I like Gigabit Offroad, mostly because it has rock bouncers and because one of them has my Logo on it. Warning: It is extremely addictive.
