Then added 8 large sweet red potatoes.. about 3/4 precooked in the micro...

Then 2 cans of green beans...

ChefPooh9-15-20102.jpg

Then some salt, pepper, garlic, and cheese...

And then a Bisquick topping...

Cooked at 375 for about 30 mins, rubbed some butter on it... and had some grub!!!

ya should have taken some cream of mushroom soup and added it for that
added flavor and moisture...

Still sounds great though... I need to get back to making casseroles again...

That thread isn't even the original Betty Crocker thread...

There's other threads that have more posts and views as well...

****, between the two big crashes we've had, we've lost threads way bigger...

Do you cook???:corn:

Or just watch the pot???:stirpot:

been a while since I took some pics of my cooking...

The wife and kids were gone tonight, so I made myself some dinner...

Took 3 sweet red potatos, and cooked them in a touch of olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, basil... and when they were almost done I threw in a little fresh cilantro...

ChefPooh11-08-2010.jpg

Then I soaked some cubed venison steak in some whipped eggs, salt, pepper, garlic for about an hour, then rolled it in some flour and crushed Saltine crackers......

Made some toast... had a few beers... was a great dinner while watching Monday Night Football :bandit:
