Made some homemade brats, turned out awesome... Also made some sweet/hot mustard to go with them... The mustard was off the hook... Some of the italian sausage I made had to party with the brats...

New York Steak, fruit w/ some cinnamon and local honey, bbq corn, and a fried egg for good measure

Finally nailed down the restaurant teriyaki sauce and the way they do chicken...

Nailed the Yum Yum Sauce they serve at the Japanese steakhouse...

About 12 pounds of rib eyes and t bones on the bbq, with fresh pineapple, corn, and 2 loafs of bread. It was a fathers day bonanza after a day of boating!

Tonight's dinner 2 beer can chickens with Shock Top honey apple crisp beer poured in to the coors lights cans. Grill masters chicken rub.
