^-Figure out how many of these you need, I did 4/2/0/1 and then spices (lots of leftovers). Measure out spices in bowl first and mix up, using more if using more veggies. Mix well. Cut up veggies to uniform sizes and mix well with spices. Mix in melted butter. Cover and roast either on BBQ until almost tender or oven. BBQ approximately 450* for 45m, oven about the same until just tender. Then remove cover and cook chicken.
Remove chicken from fridge approximately 1h prior to projected feasting point. Let rise to almost room temp (If you get sick, I take no responsibility for your problems, this is the internet!) then place on clean greased grill. Grill until nearly done and flip in time to char opposite hand. Rest for a couple minutes and bask in the deliciousness! Thanks to Ming Tsai for providing most of the recipe.
Alternatively brown chicken in pan for several minutes, remove to plate and then brown veg as well. Add chicken to pan and insert in preheated ~400* oven until done.
I'm exercising real restraint here and not eating until I feel like puking...this is one of the best things Ive ever made. :stirpot:
