Nothing shows up :(

but I remember and miss both of those trails. Simpler times back then. Drive to trail, break, limp home, have fun doing it, go again next weekend.

Some jack ass's went and shot up the repeater that was at the top--did quite a few thousand $ damage to it--so that used like 30 ecology blocks and blocked the **** out of the entrance. Its hard to see now but if ya know where to look--you will see it still.

This was what we called blue mountain and we got to the top via highrider..

At one time we could get to the bottom of it off the basin road but when they closed the lower area off highrider was the only way.

Walker valley in 1998. Lots of the stuff in the video is no longer. Back in 98' there was no loop. You either dropped out on the lake cavanagh(sp) road and then hopped onto the petter burns road back to the staging area or you came back out the way you came in. Of course back then the gate right by the main parking was the one you had to go around to hit the main line.

If I recall right, they didn't even come up the trail, they came up the road and through the gate. But because you could wheel up to that spot, away went our access.
