Been feuding with the wife so took a solo trip to casino in Murphy, NC. Started with $280 cash, got down to $45 between blackjack and slots, shredded that $45 in slot machine, lost total of $280... Almost left and came back home, but decided to get another $100 out of atm machine. Sat down on another blackjack table, got up to over $500 off of that $100, kept playing, and cashed out with exactly $400 off of that $100. Bought a other beer at the bar, figured I'd run $50 through a Monopoly slot in the high limit room on my way out the door. Put $50 in it, hit max bet ($5 per spin) a few times, hit for $100, cashed out with $125 off the initial $50, for a grand total of $115 total win and 4.5 hours of pure fun. **** yeah. Last time I was up here about 2 months ago, I left with $315 more than what I walked in with.

People talk **** about casinos being dumb, but I always ask how many times they came back from the beach with any money. We just went and spent nearly $2k for 4 damn days at the beach.

Can't beat having an extra vehicle, especially a gas saver. My Malibu only gets 25 mpg, newer ones get 40ish. My truck gets 13-14 now since I put the big heavy tires on it. But the value of having a backup vehicle is huge.

We're probably gonna sell the wife's Tahoe to help pay this thing off ASAP. She's gonna have a 10 mile trip to work so she can drive my truck and we have the CJ that can be used as a backup if needed or dad has multiple vehicles at the farm 3 miles away. This thing is supposed to get 40 mpg especially seeing as 60 miles or more of my commute will be straight flat Ohio highway.

I finally made it out into the woods again, took a little through trip to my land in Alpine, first time in 2 years.
Came in from Alpine on Mountain Ln, went out through Copeland Cove Ln to Livingston. Good ride

I've got the land posted for sale, but now I think I might just keep it. Economically it doesn't really make sense to keep it (or sell it either way) since it was inherited.
