second vehicle of the pulls to blow it's block in half. This one was worst than the one before it.

Crazy picture! Got me wondering, how does that type of motor break/ejection even happen? I've been around truck pulls and seen drivetrain mounts etc so curious how it even happens like that.

Good times, we took em for a combined $650 plus free rooms and ate free. Can't beat that ****!

Technically you can beat that. $651 plus meal and room. $652 pulse meal and room. $652 meal, room, tickets to Night Ranger. There are endless possibilities that beat it, but congrats. It's always a good feeling walking out with a stack of cash!

I'm pretty sure its just the head that normally gets blown off, I would guess it's the insane boost levels they run on those things

Re:

I know the tractor blew the block clear in 2 and I wasn't up there to see the semi I but I heard it was the block that let go on it too. Some of these guys are tight lipped on some of details for competition reasons but I'm pretty sure they're building over 100lbs of boost. I think the semis have 2" fuel lines.

Yes, I've seen quite a few pics of cummins blocks and others in half at the bottom of the water jacket, rods and pistons still hanging straight up, block and head 2' away off to the side. 100+ pounds of boost stuff. Ridiculous

Hard to tell but that's one hell of a nanny cam. Outward and INWARD facing cameras with audio. Guess no more drag racing...

Got one of those in my truck at work. It only goes off if ya hit a bump or take a turn too fast.

I'd quit! I draw the line at cameras. I've told them at work if they put cameras in my shop I'd quit. If you don't trust me that much I don't need to be working for you.

Thats what they say. I still don't trust them, neither does anyone else. They're supposedly not operational yet but 2 guys got put out of service for putting tape over the lens. They hit the manual event record while doing so. That was their mistake but if the units aren't activated, how did it tell on them? Sad thing is, I find myself looking at it to see if it's recording more than I watch the road.

I honestly don't see them lasting too long. Hopefully I'm right. I can't believe the union let them get away with it but I'm sure they'll have something to say.

Re:

Ours have saved us a **** load in insurance money. We've had several accidents that probably would've been considered our fault but after reviewing the videos we were found not at fault. One accident totalled a brand new tractor and tanker and the lady's insurance tried to fight us but couldn't because we had it all on tape. I don't mind them at all and actually prefer having them in the truck but I think it's a little different in our industry.

No there bull****, my company puts em in trucks that the drivers have too many issues, i can see the camera facing forward but on me, no thanks, were not allowed to even use headsets to talk on phone, outs comes on when u get too close to a vehicle or they cut in front of u, our trucks even apply the brakes by themsrlves if theyre too close, best one is if u take a corner too fast it slams the brakes on, have to drive like a old man now, at the end of the day its about money not safety, no camera in my truck though

No....lower back issues....riding position is awful

I honestly find them both about equally uncomfortable after about an hour's worth of riding, cruiser is a little better, but different kinds of discomfort on long trips. The back of my neck starts stinging like hell on the top vertebrae from holding up/stabilizing a full face helmet after about 4 hours of riding. Last time we rode to the deals gap a few months ago, my fawking neck hurt that whole following week. Not sure what it is, always done the exact same thing when I rode sportbikes on long trips. My cushy cruiser seat is def more comfy than sportbike seats, but sitting in the same position for so long is equally uncomfortable in both riding positions to me.

Re:

I hate sport bike seats. Never are comfy after an 1 hour or so. Helmet and the rest doesn't both me.
