Poll the audience. My wife has found this on facebook for $100 and thinks it would go great in our laundry room to store random stuff in. I think it's ugly as ****. It doesn't just have patina, it actually looks old as ****. Completely unfitting to the rest of the stuff in our house. She said I have bad taste. Ha, am I wrong or what? I could see this serving a purpose for storage in a shop or tool shed maybe. Lol. It looks like a fawkin coffin. Nothing aesthetically pleasing at all.

I can't do it, I'd look at that mf'r and cringe every time I walked in the laundry room. When she told me I had bad taste, I almost said "Yeah, in women apparently...." LOL

I'm torn on this one...Ether way this will be held against you....The thing is ugly as ****....I would go pick it up, strap it down "real" tight in the bed of the truck, hit big ass bumps on the way home, it falls apart, you act real disappointed ( Cause you knew how bad she really wanted it ::) ) The down side is your out $100, but the good side is you don't have to look at every time you walk by.

I just had a clutch put in my automatic at work. Maybe they put a 13spd Eaton Ultra Shift in it to hold up to all that wooopow?!

Wonder which one it is? Maybe he accidentally clicked automatic tranny when doing the listing? It's got Z06 wheels, and Z06 emblem on the fender. Of course I know those could be bought and slapped on a regular FRC (fixed roof coupe) car that has an auto in it, but it is a 2001 and that was the first year of the Z06 in the C5's if I'm not mistaken. 01 had something like 395 hp and the 02-04's had 415 hp. 2001 was the only year in the C5's that you could get a white Z06 too. The one I had was an 02 with 56k miles and I gave $21k for it. So even if this one actually was a Z06 with 125k miles, unless something is bad wrong with it, $7k sounds like a steal.

I'm pretty sure it's just a type-O. I've seen ALOTA Shelby's listed and they say AUTOMATIC......no Shelby / Cobra was automatic. It must be like a default setting when doing up the ad.

Ha ****, I owned one. I did my Z06 research about 6 years ago. However, I did just google a little on the FRC cars and it looks like they didn't come with that little air vent thing in front of the back wheels to cool the brakes. The rest of the body looks the same though. I'm thinking that is a Z06, just probably been dogged out.
