That's what you'd think, but it's not that bad. I'm not great by any means, but the only trouble I had was the muscles you didn't know you had just above the ankles got a BIG workout. Legs are like jello today.

I think Missouri has actually taken away the hunting season on them and moved to just using state agency's to eradicate the populations. Allowing hunting seasons has just made me people bring them in so they have something to hunt. Listened to a real good MeatEater podcast with Steven Rinella on the subject.

From what I understand Missouri is encouraging trapping instead of hunting due to causing them to spread out quicker when being hunted with guns. Don’t quote me on that though.

Sweet! I have a a half a tire left and I'll be done grooving. Never again. Post up after you take them out. I'm curious how the hook. All I've seen them on is comp bouncers and mud trucks. Hard to tell what they do on a normal buggy, assuming your not 800hp lol.

TONS of them up here with BN. Hell a buddy of mine gets a retired engine, 8 or so cars and a 228 trackhoe and walks on top of the cars and picks up old ties for Herzog. Cool pic sequence or vids out there of loading the hoe up on the car. Ballsy

I figured several on here might have seen it done before.....but I've seen alot of trains in my days on the road and that's the 1st time I've ever seen it. He was unloading new cross ties out of the cars.

My wifes company manufactures spikes for BNSF and CSX and load and sell them in bulk in these open cars. When the cars get too much dirt and crap in them, they have to clean them out and sometimes have to drop a small skid steer in there to get them cleaned out. Sketchy? Not so bad... :****:
