Been carrying around a spare rim off my other trailer for my enclosed because I thought it was the same bolt pattern. Turns out I was wrong and had to get creative. Ended up lowering the hitch as much as possible to get the rear axle up in the air and then I unloaded the Ranger and backed in the trailer to try and get as much weight on the tounge as possible. Tried to just get the wife to let me drive the Ranger the few more miles up the interstate and then backroads so there was no load on the trailer but she didn't want to pull my tripod of a trailer setup I had going on.

It is, I am renting it out. The water runoff has been a big problem for several years, just never figured out a good way to fix it. Tried to hire this done but no local landscapers would mess with it, so I had to do it. Hoping it works...if it dont, idk what I'm gonna do. I guess next step would be getting someone to bring a dozer over and possibly more topsoil, and regrading the front and side yard. I was gonna run one more catch basin and drain line from another low area, but that thick wall 4" pvc was about $21 per 10' pipe. Laid 80' in this one alone. This drain system should catch all the water from the culvert that dumps out in the front yard that is the main contributor to the rain water washout, and carry it to dump out in the grassy side yard plenty far enough away from the house.

I guess one good thing is now the expense is a tax write off vs doing it when I lived there.

811 would have told you were that was. Fiber drops are never very deep. Many times they are just under the sod.
 
Piss on 811 **** should be buried deeper than I'm digging.... Thankfully he didn't find a gas line or under power cable

I crossed gas line, water line that runs from meter to house, and power. A friend of mine works for the local phone company and told me 2 things before I started digging. 1.) the fiber is supposed to be buried at least 12", but most them lazy fawks just go 6" or so. (this was about 4" which is even gayer). 2.) they fix it for free if I do cut it. I got the gas line located by another buddy that works at gas company and he said it for a fact was at least 18" deep, so no worries there, I hand dug about 5 feet of it by spade shovel over where the water line was, then I knew the power would be plenty deep enough not to hit, as I was only digging about 10", so I done the rest with the trencher and caught the damn fiber cable. If them fawkers had've buried it deep as they were supposed to to begin with, they wouldn't be having to come back and fix it. So fawk it. Lol.

I was just messing with ya. I was cleaning some of my property with a bob cat and pushed over a small tree. When the roots came up I seen a 2" pipe come up. I was thinking who the heck left pipe right there and proceed to push it with the bucket. Well it ended up being a water main that feeds two houses the next street over. Done in the 50's and wasn't on any of the drawings. It wasn't buried deeper than enough to cover the pipe.

I agree it should be deeper, but none of them are. If you look at the plows they use to install it, 12" would be a stretch. If the blade was deep enough, they don't have the ass to pull it.

Plus ppl get pissed when you put a 12" trench in their yard. Esp when you cut through the irrigation 5 times

They go to those big mining dump trucks . They weigh around 10k each. We use the trucks to haul scrap iron off of barges, to our scrap yard
