VSS is in the trans in the 6l80.

A round pattern NP205 should bolt on a 4wd 6l80e

A round pattern 205 will bolt up. It might need the short input shaft though depending on the trans. And you have to make a small notch in the transmission to transfer case adapter for one of the 205 shift rails. Pretty easy though. If you guys need any parts for this project let me know

Something I haven't thought about and saw in a few other k5 builds I was reading up on. Think there will be issues with driveline angles using the 6l80 being a longer trans ?

i think the 6L80 is shorter (or the same) as a TH400
