Push lock hose

I noticed fragola sells little bands to put on the hoses at the fitting. Are these necessary for EFI applications?

No, not for EFI. Push Lock fittings are usually rated for close to 300 psi, depending on the size. I use them on my air compressor dryer fittings. I do, however, use the clamps to be safe, especially on higher temperature applications like transmission and steering fittings.
