I am working on my company's website and I am trying to download photos on my website. The problem is not getting the photos on the website the problem I am having is getting photos from the internet to download on my external hard drive without tying a link to it.

How do I download pics from the internet on to my external hard drive without a link?

Are there any sites out there that any one can recommend for me to use to download pics.

I am looking for pics like computers, Milvans, someone sitting at a computer doing work, people in a meeting...etc.

I do apperciate anyone with info on how I can do this and to were I can download free pics.

Thanks!

I'm not sure I understand your question... So this may not help at all:

photo search:
http://images.google.com/

Then right click the fullsize photo, "save as" save to a folder in your ext. drive.

right click and save as :flipoff1:

if you are finding them on just regular websites for legality issues i'd say ask permission and if that's the case that you have to ask permission maybe they could send you the original image. Another option is to sign up at a website like http://www.istockphoto.com which you have to pay a little bit of money but all the images are royalty free after you "purchase" the image.

If you need any design help just let me know. I'm a freelance designer/coder by trade, I gotta put my degree to use somehow..

I will keep that in mind.

I tried the Right click save as thing.....gave me a link which I cannot use.

Yahoo web starter system is down at the moment so I can't do **** on the site so I am looking for picks that I can use.

I am just trying to do something that is basic and simple nothing fancy at the moment but I am sure we will get there soon.

what do you have in IT experince.....I may be looking for a contractor for data scrubbing and processing soon.
