That's just an estimate based on the weight, I leave them in until the internal temp is where I want it.

So the 10lbs butt cooked for 15 hours and the 12lbs one ended up going for almost 19 hours.

21.88 lbs of butt ended up being 9.5lbs of delicious pulled pork.

What temp do you smoke it at? I've been trying about 230F for 12 hours.

At 950 miles it was broken in a long time ago..
