I will be there Friday morning like every year for the last 10.

Will Cardo Tracks be updating the general map? Last year I could not find the new trail Fattys crack on their map.

Not sure about this years map, but for last year I ended up buying and downloading two separate Hawk Pride maps. Couple of weeks before the ride I purchased the regular Hawk Pride map then two weeks to 10 days before the ride they released the RBD map for Hawk Pride which showed the new trails as well as Ricky's favorites trails/obstacles.

I will get with Jake at Carto about a week out to release the updated RBD edition HPO map that includes the hints for the scavenger hunt.

Sounds like a plan thumb.gif. Let me know if you need any help before the big event.

@Blackbeard will you add this to the Calendar?

New scavenger hunt items from
RCV Performance (axle set)
Elite Offroad (tons of misc goodies)
BDS suspension (gift certs for lift)

shaping up to be a very cool extra feature to RBD!

When you say "Axle set", is that for any axle size?

Ricky, have you been to HPO in recent days and can vouch for the big hill going down to all the main roads? Seriously considering driving my stock half ton over and at least booze cruising main trails and camp ground partying the Saturday of that weekend. Someone in my other thread stated the big hill down is pretty rough now. Is that the case?

So who is going and when are you getting there?

Current plan is to drive down Thursday evening and be at RBD around supper time and stay through sometime Sunday.

I am on the fence about going. If I do I will probably ride up either Friday night or early Saturday morning.

This a picture of the trail at the bottom of the big hill. Merlin and maverick became one trail.

If the weather is not crappy, I will be there finally in my new rig! I have spent so much time and money, I will probably just leave it on the trailer and drink beer and look at it! And maybe yell Rowe Tide!
