Not part of any budget legislation introduced so far.

That said, the DNR could be requesting that budget language be added that re-appropriates some of our existing NOVA funds to a specific project.

Any request for fresh money (as opposed to just re-directing what we already have) is a non-starter this year.

It was put into the DNR capital funds request in the biennial budget from what I am told under a line item Reiter foothills parking lot or something like that.
