To get that Blazer. Saturday or Sunday? I have a set of six lug wheels and ONE tire I can donate so we can get it up and easier to move. I want them back when we're done though.

Anyone else want to chime in.

PS. My vote is for Saturday AM.

EDIT the rims I have are 15 and the one tire I have is 33" tall.

I say pack in a body saw and pack it out in as many pieces as required.

That would work, but it would be up to the owner too. If the owner could have a trailer there, we could just load it up and he could take care of it.

I think I have a set of junker 15" tires if they help you out. Probably like 275s or something. I don't need them back. Just gotta figure out how to get them to ya. I have a X-Mas party in Snohomish Fri. night???

I might be able to help Saturday.

Where's it at up there? Maybe I should drive the F250. It's got the grunt, 33-ish MTR's and locked up?

All the Sami would be help with is moving one person.

Could you drop them off at Hip's place. That is where I will be mounting them. I will take care of disposal aferwards too. And no, I won't try to get some coin for them at next year's swap meet.

Hopefully me and someone else will be there to lend a hand...Im thinking it will need lug nuts as well...And the owner of the rig wouldnt hurt either

Yeah, that would be great. Just get him to post here that it's ok. I need to confirm the size tonight. I'll look for spare lug nuts too. Are they standard? Mine would be Ford.

We can go up Saturday or Sunday to help. Also Jason has a full set of 31" tires on 6 lug wheels...just no lug nuts and he wants them back afterwards. Let us know if this is going to happen...

Ok, turns out my tires are 30/9.50, but they are 15" That's the good news. The bad news is I can only find 3 of them. Let me know if you still want them or if you will take Jason's. I'm still looking for lug nuts.

Damn, I have a broken truck AND Im busy this weekend going to Ft Lewis. Sorry guys, but Im out :booo:

Don't worry Mark, We can just use Jason's. They are already on rims too.

Thanks for looking though.

well, reiter pit is right next to goldbar washintong, wich is quite a drive from dallas oregon (more than 4 hours i think) if your serious about coming up, then i can give you some more precise directions.

I think I might cruise up and give a hand... Chevys of that vintage use 7/16" lugs... don't they? If so... ford's use 1/2" lugs..

Saturday 9AM Then.

Jason we need your tires. ANd some lug nuts if anyone has them. (I figure three per wheel will work. )

I have left messages for the owner, His name is Kevin. Anywho, I let him know what we are doing and when, hopefully he can just meet us on saturday, if not, I told him we would get the truck to a road, and he can take care of it from there.

Thanks in advance folks, see you this weekend.

This isn't a get together, I'm going up there to get that truck off the trail, then, I'm going home.

Same here--gotta get ready to do wayne's cage or finishing up bishops jeep.

Karl--do you wanna lead this effort or you want me to once we are up there?

I'll leave it to you, because you already know where the truck is. But I have a feeling it will become a team effort. We just need to practice safety while we are out there and everything should go smooth.
