RTI ramp in Tukwilla

went up to the tukwheelers show today for something to do ended up putting my truck up the ramp never done anyhting like this the score I was given was 948 when i got out of the truck and closed the door the cab mount ripped through oh I guess some more welding to do

thanks you can see the mount that ripped through on the side picture also noticed i broke a bolt on the center support for the tranny and still no tires off the ground

My xj had some body flex haha. My zuk has none. Good old jap stuff

That's an old Chevy thing, other than around the steering box those frames are pretty tough and will take quite a bit of abuse like that.

and the front shock mount area... they tend to have issues there as well...

Apparently the body mount area in the cab is another problem area.:stirpot::corn:

Ya this is the third body mount thats ripped through both of the drivers side is off in these pictures the body should be down a good 5 inches on the drivers side I think this is definately a weak part of the truck but when it breaks I just fix it stronger already fixed the passenger side nothing some steel plate and a welder can't fix


To the haters don't be mad just remember every rig has it's advantages and disadvantages I may be thatguy pulling you out one day and you may be thatotherguy pulling me out so :kissmybutt: and have fun wheeling see yall out there sometime

Hah I'm no Toyota or keep guy.

I'm a zuk owner and I don't care what ya got. They are all aftermarket/custom built in the end. Or scrap metal (Cherokees lol)

Find a rig that you like, mod it, enjoy it.

nope got the steel plates for it and welding that up with the body this week the steering box area is still very solid just not waiting for it to break
