So its been a few weeks and I didn't realize just how miserable I really was..

I get home every single night with a smile on my face and in a great mood (wife has even noticed it). I enjoy getting up now and going to work and found the guys I work with (dan,evan and kenny) and just a great bunch of guys.

Feels good to be happy..

Good on you for having the balls to make the change, Mike! It scares the shat out of me to think about making a change like that (even within the same industry).

IIRC, one of the first times I stopped by your shop, you and I talked a bit about my employer (more like, I *****ed, and you kept the conversation going -- I was unhappy then, and I still am...I just haven't jumped ship yet). I may be imagining it (I have had a few beers so far this evening), but it seems like I could hear the unhappiness in your voice even then...and that was back in '05/'06 (or there 'bouts).

I'm really glad to hear you're happy with the change. I'll admit, between the job change and the new diggs -- I'm a bit jealous!

Mike, just wanted to drop in and say I hope it's going well for you now that you've been there for a while. I take my truck there and they seem to have always done well by me. Glad to know you might be working on it next time it's in there!
