Shock boots

I talked to the tech at rancho last week regarding the mounting of RS 9000's upside down (dial to the top) and he said you could mount them either way, but upside down generally gives a softer ride.

hmmm, wonder if this is true for most other shocks as well?? anyone...?

hmmm thats good to know. My problem with the 9000 is I can never remember what setting I have it on and then cant remember what setting it shoudl be on. So i usually just leave it on 5.
