Atleast kelly dosen't sell junk **** to others. I bought a set of 42's from you Paulie you said they all held air just find and NONE of them will hold air. Looks like you pull bull **** deals too.

Honestly I have found consistancy and niucense(sp) visits are the best policy. Have loud conversations with him in his yard so the neighbors know, as well as anyone living there that you are owed a significant amount and he is not following through. That way he looks like an ass and if you have to confiscate to get your value back, the neighbors know why you are there. I did this with a guy that owed me 350 bucks . I stopped by every week or two for over a year. His wife knew what was going on as well as the neighbors. I finally stopped by and his wife said he was in jail so take what you want to square the debt. I took a dana 70 rear, a dana 44 high boy disc front end, and a matching dana 60 rear. Then I also took a high pinion 44 from a bronco. Never heard from him again and I got more than my money back in the sale of those items.

Jim I have a feeling you are just as good as me at being a pain in the ass to get what is owed. It just has to be important enough to do what it takes to get it. I like to think its like dealing with my 5year old son. repetition and consistancy will eventually teach them that what they did was wrong and there are consequences. I will be glad to go help collect. My dad, brother, and I went to a general contractors office once to collect a draw owed to us. He drove a mercedes we drove an old van, I think he could find our money given the motivation. We arrived with two sleeping bags and sat in his lobby. He cut us a check that cleared within an hour. You just have to find a persons drive to get what you want from them. Kelly needs to grow up and pay up. Im telling you guys you need to make your presense known all around him. Especially if he is getting ready to leave town. E thugging about it isnt going to get whats owed to you, he has dropped this place before.

Crash, near the beginning of this thread you said you didn't want to start any drama. Why is that? That Jeep you built was sweet. I followed that build very close. As you know, it was even featured in a mag (thanks to you). Now, come to find out this Kelly fellow didnt even pay for it. On top of that, he sells it and still fails to return owed money. Sounds to me you should be dragging his name through the mud as much as possible...

I like the idea of putting a car with some signage on it in front of his house.

Drama just stirs up more drama. I guess a part of me feels bad for kelly if so in fact what he says about $$$ is true--I guess I give the benifit of doubt a lil too much.

But I still for now prefer to keep the spacifics of everything quiet/not publisize till I finally hit that dip in the road... I am hoping bunk has a chance to find out some beter info today for me and me and bunk had a long talk on the phone last night and I have top publicly thank him for going to bat for me/aron on all of this crap....
