What do you guys use to build drivelines out of i keep twisting mine in half...

1 1/2" poop pipe or 1 1/2" .120 dom

I bent a .120 rear shaft once to the right of the crack at funny rocks a number of years ago after a hard smack. Stuck it into a press and continued to run it for a couple more years. Now Its hard to smack my driveshafts.

are you twisting them off? or bending them? or twisting them but not off?

Any dents or marks or abrasions on the tubes that you can see?

If I see a dent in mine I will retube it before hitting the trail again.

You can do thickwall if you are hitting them on stuff.

Like crash said, they last long time if they are out of harms way.

aukeem in kent did 2 for me, they have held up well 1 has been dented for several years,, and no issues.

of course i don't have V8 power.

Twisting them in two no dents my drivelines are high and out of harms way for the most part....
