Hi Guys,

I am thinking about getting started in this mini rock crawling Radio control.

Where should i start for my skills and what would be good.

My personal preference is a 2.2 (which is what you played with). For me the 1.9's are just to cumbersome, no dig and shafty's.

As for costs you can pick up a decent used one for around $600

axial axles and tranny with a custom rear driveshaft disco

Anyone intrested in a complete comp truck. Just add your reciever and radio.
More on the truck.
It has Hardened gears, metal yoke's, STAINLESS links (not cheesy aluminum) as we all know stainless slides much better over rocks, custom milled out tranny plate to get the CG lower, it is set up for 55/45 split weight transfer (Most of you just run more weight in the front but that screws with foam denisity), Real driveline dig, brushless motor meant to run of 4s lipo, this has more torque than any truck I have seen, it does not bind. Custom BTA steering, JR 9711 servo, aluminum steering knuckles and lock outs, delrin beadlock wheels, Losi crawler shocks these shocks are angled in such a manner to get full bind free articualtion- no unknown movements due to poor shock setups. Set up ready to go. 300$
