thats not too too bad...i typically dont like a tig till 250+ amp....

I have the same tig machine. The thickest I have welded is .125 wall DOM but it does a great job.

Cant your lincoln pipe welder tig? Air or liquid cooled?

Yeah it can but its a pain to hook it up so now I have a dedicated tig.
