TJ body lift???

I'm working on a 98 TJ, trying to put the 1" body lift in, it's a Tera-Flex lift and the instructions suck. Now I've got the actual lift part figured out since its all pretty simple. The only thing I haven't figured out is the radiator supports, how are these supposed to go in?

The easy way to put them in is to remove the headlights and buckets. Then lube up the lil nips (hee hee, I said nips, hee hee) and pull them up from the top.

Thanks, anyone know what the torque specs are for the body mounts?
