Anyone know a good lawyer for speeding tickets in the northend?

Where you speeding? If not then why did you get a ticket? :D

I would just check the box saying that you are guilty but what a court date to plead your case. 99% of the time if your record is clean the judge will decrease the fine (50% or so).

This will only apply if you have a clean or really good record, so ask if you can get the ticket deferred... this will drop the ticket from your insurance record. This can only be done once in a driving history and your driving record must be kept CLEAN for at least 1 year after the deferral. If a person defers a ticket and then gets another ticket within a years time you get to pay full price for both and both go on your insurance record.

Mark, call around a bit. I have one, I just send him a check and ticket. Only time you hear back is when its dropped. No court dates.

If you have not had a ticket in 7 years, you can get a deferred, court cost, done.
Nothing goes on your record, it just goes away. You only get one free pass every 7 years.

On the freeway 90 in a 60 zone:mad: Can't do the deferred thing already did it. This is why I need a lawyer. Would rather give them the money than the state. This is only my second ticket in 25 years.

I agree 100%. Besides giving the state the money, you are giving your insurance company more money as well. I would rather throw money at a lawyer then insurance/ state.

Mark, a good lawyer can have that dismissed.

Pay it but send in a check for 5-10$ over. When they send you the refund for the amount over just rip it up. As long as they owe you the money it will never hit your record. I have done this as has my brother. Worked both times. Was told to do this by an Allstate guy I know. He does it and was getting alot of tickets at the time.

90 in a 60 huh. Better hope they don't send you a reckless driving ticket in the mail. Happened to me once for 66 in a 40. That's when I used my deferral.
