Truck to trailer wiring

I got a Isuzu Npr truck and trying to add a trailer plug. Truck has separate wires for brake and blinker. Trailer uses same wire for blinker and brake.
I bought a wiring converter from napa but it's for the other way around.

Anyone know what kind of wiring converter I need?
