What are the Vendor rules for responding to want ads? Some forums allow it and others use the want ads strictly for used items.

The only place you can post your wares is in the vendor section. Now, if you personally have something used for sale, then that goes in the normal for sale forums.

As to responding to someone else's wanted ad. There are no strict rules, but better to be done by PM.
