CBP is actually one area that the Federal Gov should be involved in.

ICE is just the "inland" immigration and customs agents, but of course our HUGE government decided it was necessary to create an entire separate agency (and all the bureaucracy that it entails)

Gotta end the welfare state, the drug war, and minimum wage policies and then people won't be flooding across the border.
