What torque converter to use ??

Putting a buggy together running a 22re for the engine with a 2speed powerglide behind it just wondering if anyone else has run this setup and if so what torque converter are you using?

Aw4 is a more common swap on the 22r plan on one myself at end of this year.

I have some questions for you on the use of a power glide.... Are you going to have enough gear options ? I mean starting with a 1.76 first gear with a four cylinder you don't have the torque to really pull the 1:1 crawling or really weeeeeepowing. I'm not being an ass about this I'm truly wondering more about your buggy your building and expected goals ?

What tcase are you going to run ? 300 ? Atlas ?

The 22re is turbocharged hope that gives it enough pep to sling that tranny. Also running a 4to1 in the tcase a dana300
