where to buy military tires

I was in Anniston today working on 21st street and there was a lot of military tires and surplus outside of a warehouse. A guy pulled up in an old ford truck, rolled 5 brand new tires out like your talking about and left. The building didn't have a name on it but if you know anybody around that area they might could give you some info on it.

The name of the place you are refering to is GENSCO AIRCRAFT TIRE
501 w 21st Anniston, Al 36201
(256) 231-1888
(256)236-5400

They had some 5 ton bead lock O rings I needed.

I think they can get about any military surplus tire available, cheap! thumb.gif

Thanks Trey for coming in with the clutch. I hate leaving a wishy washy answer when trying to help somebody. Those tires may be a good option if the price is right! Personally I would cut them and see what happens :dblthumb: I ride vw buggys so tires get cut before they ever hit the trail
