Where to get 12v relays?

I wired our 55 watt backups (two) through the stock backup light switch. I expected it to die, but no problems yet :D

Any auto parts store has multiple options in stock.

Or your wifes Jeep has 6 or so in the power Distribution Center you can swipe for free.

Personally...

I would only also get the BOSCH brand...not just the BOSCH "style". I have found that they truly are the best manufactured relay.

just my experience...

A relay for back-up lights that only draw 15A :wtf:

Overcomplicating something that is simple and low power enough to run through a switch.

As mentioned previously, you can pick up 12V relays at an auto parts store.

U-Pull-It....

find the row w/ the Nissan Sentra's in it.....

behind the passenger side head light on the fender is....what I figure to be some sort of master power relay......its HUGE, has excellent connectors built into it.....and seems to work killer....I've used a bunch of these and have never had a failure in one.

and......well.....they're definitly worth the buck or two to get in....
